Online Application to Host a Meeting of The ALR.

Article II, Section 4 of the Lodge’s Bylaws state that “Special communications may be called by the Worshipful Master at Masonic meeting places within or without the State of New York, subject to and in accordance with any required dispensation to be obtained by (the) Grand Lodge (of New York) from the Grand Lodge of another jurisdiction.”

The ALR has a long-standing tradition of holding meetings once per year, at a time mutually convenient to the officers of the Lodge, at a location away from New York City. These meetings are designed to introduce the work and high-scholarship of the Lodge to a wider audience that may benefit from such a meeting.

Lodges or Districts or Grand Lodges interested in hosting a meeting of the Lodge in their area or jurisdiction can complete the online form on this page. While all submissions will be given due consideration, a submission does not guarantee a binding agreement that The ALR will approve the proposed application. The Worshipful Master and Secretary of The ALR will correspond with applicants to obtain more information, if needed, to aid in the decision process. Locations within New York State or areas reasonably close to New York City will be given preference.

Thank you for your consideration and interest in hosting a meeting of The ALR!
